Dead hang L-holds with full-extension.  Last time i did a WOD with kipping L-holds Will said that they do not count. So I argued of course, but then tried full-extension dead hang L&#039;s, and lets just say - WOW what a difference. Really hard, definitely make the work-out much more intense and takes longer, but I do agree its more legit.</description>
