    Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

    Joe back squatting O
    Joe back squatting O

    Run 400 meters
    Max rep Pull-ups

    Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

    This will be a high risk WOD tomorrow at the Playground, given that the driveway is a sheet of ice. Bring your skates!

    And a bit of history for those of you who are unfamiliar with “The Girls” as the named CrossFit WODs.

    The Nicole WOD is named for Nicole Carroll, who is one of the original badass CrossFit HQ (back when HQ was in Santa Cruz, California) trainers / athletes.  If you want to see exactly how badass Nicole is, all you have to do is watch this video:

    Bodyweight overhead squats for 15 reps.  I don’t care who you are, that’s impressive.
