		<description>This was a great introduction to Crossfit!!  A little warm up and run to start and Pam and I jumped into the WOD.  The rowing got me breathless and my heart pumping, the push press woke up my muscles and put them to the test.  Back and forth for four rounds and I was exhausted!!  Tuesday my quads and back were screaming...loved it!!!</description>

total motion sickness from extension machine - still feel ill yuck

i could have pulled off 5 rounds if not for the sickness - need to work on that or take meds before work out 

thank god for day of rest tomorrow!!  i am on cindy&#039;s schedule due to her more than deserving vacation - take it easy cindy, thanks for all the support my abs are coming in great!!  see you next week 

and my crossfit pervy boyfriend tole me to eat more almonds for extra fat</description>

		<description>CrossFit?? What exactly is that??
That was my initial response when Cindy mentioned that she was doing workout sessions out of her garage. My imagination ran wild but my curiosity got me to pack up the kids, yesterday morning, and check it out for myself.
At first glance everything in the &quot;gym&quot; looks manageable but by pulling all the equipment together creates an incredible workout that your body will thank you for afterward.
To my surprise, my first workout, was far more than I expected.  It was tough. My body had many muscles that had been lying dormant for way too long. I made it through the warm up, which by the way feels like a workout in itself, and did a couple of exercises but cut my workout short since I hadn&#039;t worked out in 1-2years. I promised Cindy that I would be back, today, so that I could get past that hurdle. I knew I could do it and just needed to push myself. I wanted to break through that wall and not allow fear or doubt to enter my mind. Today I accomplished that. I made it through the warm up and did some exercises and it felt great!
The last two days have proven to me that my body will be pushed and it will hurt but this will get me where I want to be fitness wise. My goal is to have a strong and healthy body for myself and for my family.
For anyone who is reading this and needs to change up their workout regimens you really do need to give this a try. This program is designed to get you to push your body and see results, which is empowering.
I have committed myself to CrossFit and am looking forward to the many workouts I will be having with Cindy and Will. I thank them for their dedication and for bringing CrossFit into my life. I am  pumped and ready to get my body strong! Yeah!!</description>
