I&#039;m not sure if I&#039;m on the right day but we did the 21 snatch and 21 L-pull up.  I wasn&#039;t phased at all until I realized one round was left AND right arm and 2 rounds of pull ups!!!  Not just 21 snatch and 21 pullups!  Thanx for clarifying Will.  That&#039;s when I started to worry...that was damn exhausting and I am grateful for todays rest.  My time was 37:00...I&#039;m just proud I finished, better next time!</description>
