then row 500m, push press 35 lbs X18...and so on two more times 15 then 12. It wasn&#039;t too bad. My arms were killing me by the end though. My time was 15:28.</description>

		<description>This was a great work out!!! As anyone who crossfits knows often you have badges of honor to prove it!!!! Me, I have 2 black and blue knees!!!  No SHAME AT THE PAYGROUND!!!! Thanks to Will giving that xtra push I was able to complete a 2nd last round!!!! As Cindy says,&quot;WAY TO BRING IT GIRL&quot;  Time for the round, 19:17!!!!</description>
