WOD: 23:17
400m run
21 snatch 10lb
21 seated dips
400m run
18 snatch
18 dips
etc. to 3 

i did this exercise with my husband who did sit ups and dips- his time with a little past mine but he &quot;forgot&quot; to check his finish time - my guess is that he was around 25- i just heard him crying about his aching abs and thighs from the squats - he&#039;ll be dying in about 3 hours - bets on will he continue</description>
