    WOD

    Three rounds for time:
    Run 400 meters
    1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
    12 Pull-ups

    It’s going to be interesting tomorrow.  We’re in for some snow to ring March in.  If, because of the snow, you can’t make it down, then your sub is 100 burpees for time.

    Also of note – we just laid epoxy down on 1/2 of the garage, and we don’t know if it will be ready for foot traffic.  If it’s not we’re going to sub out the pullups.  We’ll make a call on this in the morning.

    Doors open at 8 AM, and we’re done at 11 AM.  If that doesn’t fork for you, call or email, and we’ll see if we can’t make it work.

    Warm Up: 1 mile run; 10 minute cycle;
    3 sets: 25 sit ups; 25 squats; 25 supermans

    WOD: 11:30ish some where between 11 and 12 minutes -
    100 h’n burpees!!!

    now, i must be honest, i had to drop to my knees for several push ups but always, 100x, jumpted to a complete jumping jack

    i would not be disappointed if i never did a burpee again!!

    10:38 – “Helen” was my very first WOD and iv came a long way. When I first did this it was almost all jumping pull ups and the kettlebell swings where with a much lower weight plus it took my a few minutes longer. But today I completed this WOD as RX’D!

    I did the substitute workout of 100 burpees and did the whole thing with Tommy, apparently the next crossfit kid.
    I have to say it was just as bad (?worse) than running. :)

    Helen is a F’n bitch. I hate her. I hate her more than Loan Bui. This workout sucked. My legs and ass hurt so bad I can’t walk. Crossfit rocks. Bring it.
