    10 Hang Power Cleans (135, 95)
    15 Burpees
    20 KB Swings (2 pood/1.5 pood)
    25 Wall Balls
    30 Double Unders
    35 Walking Lunge Steps
    40 Abmat Situps
    45 Squats

    Complete 5-45 and then back down the ladder starting with 45 Squats.

    12/31 – 9AM only

    1/1 – No Class

    1/2 – 8:30 to 9:30AM

    1/3 – 9AM to 10:30AM

    Please check the schedule page to see our updated hours. It is extremely important that you arrive in a timely fashion for your workout.  We will be opening and closing at the posted times.  We understand that sometimes there can be small delays due to traffic, life, etc., but arriving 20 minutes before the gym is scheduled to close is not acceptable.

    This is a quality of life issue for us: we need to have appropriate amounts of time to spend with our family.  We love the gym and our commuinty, but we cannot facilitate widely diverse schedules at the cost of our time with the kids.  As we can flesh out schedules and availability with our athletes who are certified CrossFit Coaches, we may update the schedule to reflect classes they can teach.

    Please note that personal training is available as an option for those who cannot make the scheduled classes.

    115 pound push press, 20 reps

    30 pull-ups

    Check the scoreboard in the picture there and see if you can beat the last time we did this one.

    As an aside: We really do consider ourselves honored to have each and every one of you as a part of the community that we’ve been working to build at The Playground, and we are inspired and humbled by the collective response to yesterday’s post. A very sincere thank you to each and every one of you.

    ***NEW HOURS FOR WINTER 2010******

    Starting January 4th we will no longer have Monday or Wednesday night classes. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights will be the only evening sessions.  If you need to make up sessions we will try to have both weekend days available most weeks. Also, if you collectively want to switch a day, we are also willing to make it work.
