For those of you who are game to make the journey up to Albany to see the badassitude of the CrossFit Northeast Regionals, the address is:

    Albany Crossfit

    444 Sand Creek Road

    Albany, NY 12205

A word to the wise – the location is a little weird.  If you’ve got a GPS, trust it.  Coming from Connecticut, it’ll pop you into what looks like an access road for a shopping mall (because it is an access road for a shopping mall).  Don’t fret.  Follow it around back; you’ll see a bunch of cars that are rather conspicuously parked away from the main parking area; that’s where you want to be.  Follow the hoots and hollers and / or the trail of blood, sweat and tears to observe the awesomeness.

Special shout out and best of luck to our sister-in-law Kim and to Caleb (no relation), both from CrossFit Persevere.  We’ll be pulling / coaching / yelling for you turkeys tomorrow.  We’ll also be cheering on other assorted friends, including James Hobart, although it’s not like Hobart needs any help – that kid is nuts.
