		<description>So when I saw the wod for today I liked the looks of it and figured I would get a very good time. Apparently I was wrong. 32:47.  Wall balls killed me. I was pretty good with the double unders though so I&#039;m happy about that. Thanks everyone for the props for my muscle up. Very encouraging for me</description>
