Rest Day!
We are very proud of all of you for taking it to the next level. You have been challenging yourselves with heavier weights, higher box jumps and unassisted kipping pull-ups. Keep up the good work folks, your progress is showing.
Congrats to Lynn for nailing 55 jumps on the 24″ box, to Randy for gutting out the heavier weight on his DB snatches, and to Dollie for tweaking her schedule this week and joining the 5:15AM class – now that is some dedication girl! Way to go all!
