    We all had a great time climbing this weekend in Hartford. We will definitely do it again next year. The times and team rankings are to be posted tomorrow, we will be sure to report them on our site ASAP. Based on the preliminary times, looks like our team kicked some serious butt.

    We are very proud of all of you for taking it to the next level. You have been challenging yourselves with heavier weights, higher box jumps and unassisted kipping pull-ups. Keep up the good work folks, your progress is showing.

    Congrats to Lynn for nailing 55 jumps on the 24″ box, to Randy for gutting out the heavier weight on his DB snatches, and to Dollie for tweaking her schedule this week and joining the 5:15AM class – now that is some dedication girl! Way to go all!

    Sorry to be behind on posting. We were at the New England Sectional today. Crazy good athletes today. Debating on going back tomorrow. The WODs sound really interesting, perhaps you will get a taste of them this week.
