It is hard to believe that December is already here. The holiday craze is in full swing, and the crap food is out in full force. Try to limit your crap intake during the week, and use moderation on the weekend. Pick one night and indulge and then make sure you clean it up the next day. We all from time to time fall “victim” to the “oh well, its the holidays”, and end up in a carb coma for the whole month of December.

1.) Dues are “due” on December 1st. Please give them to your coach.  We will not be doing automatic withdrawal this month.

2.) Grand Opening Party on Dec 4th at 7:30PM. You will have the option to workout at this party, so either come dress to WOD or bring your gear just in case you are called on to throw down. All are welcome – spread the word.

3.) Forum is back up – go chat it up!

4.) Remember to log your thoughts, times..etc to the website. Get your WOD buddy to do it too. It’s a great way to get the community chatting.

So we did not do our traditional post for Thanksgiving. We usually say what we are thankful for this year and ask all of you to post your thoughts to the comment section. We have many things to be thankful for this year. Of course our beautiful family, our latest addition to the crew, and we are of course thankful for all of you.  We have a wonderful community of people at the Playground. A community of people that really care about each other, so cheers and thanks to all of you who are the glue of the Playground!
