    Nice work today Steve! When rowing remember to keep an upright tight lumbar curve. Think of a deadlift and that is where your position should be during a pull on the rower.

    Three rounds of:
    Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
    Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
    Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
    Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
    Row (Calories)

    In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    Shout out to everyone hitting PR’s yesterday during the strict press WOD.  To name a few: Lynn kicked the morning crew off by rocking out a 65lb press!  Suzanne PR’ed by 10lbs when she hit an impressive 90 lbs with ease.  Both of these athletes are seeing progression because they come 5+ days a week and work their butts off to get better, faster, stronger.. (stonger)!! Great work friends! Keep it up.

    Your ticket price includes: Grape Stomping Contest, Hayrides, Artisans Tent, Vineyard Tour, Pumpkin Painting, Four Bands in two days and of course, wine tasting!

    Gourmet Food Vendors will be offering brick oven pizza, antipasto platters, raw bar and gourmet grill cheese- plus lots of different sweet tooth options!

    We’re doing this as 400 meter runs, and using the siren function on the bullhorn to indicate SQUAT TIME
