    Paleo Challenge Update:

    The rules for the Paleo Challenge will post tomorrow. The challenge will begin on January 2.  You will have a few homework items to be delivered by the end of the week. The first will be get a journal. Have someone take pictures of your front, and back and email them to

    Hi All!

    Hope you are enjoying the last week of 2011. We met with the coaches to discuss happenings for the gym in 2012. We briefly discussed a plan for the diet challenge, so look for this information in upcoming posts.

    Here are the new hours for the gym.

    Schedule Changes: effective January 9th.

    7:30PM class added to Monday’s schedule – so four 7:30pm classes – Monday – Thursday!

    6:30PM class  has been removed from the schedule for “normal” classes.  This time will be dedicated  for On Ramp classes ONLY.

    Friday’s 5PM class will be held at 5:30PM

    4:30PM classes cancelled.

    No 9am class on Wednesday

    If a time was not mentioned then it has not changed.  Also know that the schedule will vary based on holidays and coaches schedules. We will try our best to give prior notice if a class needs to be cancelled for any reason.  Please email us with any questions.  info@crossfitplayground.com

    Now we all know that this is a hardcore WOD.. Don’t skip out on it because its “hard” after all that is what will make you better. And for all of you complaining about ripping – boo hoo, my answer to you is work your pull-up get stronger, and don’t rely on a massive kip and re-grip.

    New Years Eve: 8:30am

    New Years Day: 9am class
